honestly… i love it to death. there are SO many people here and at first its crazy but then you make friends on your floor and meet people from other floors and theres always new people to meet ect… like there is room for everyone. and its not a drop kick hall… its in the BEST location (i literally walk 20 seconds for one of my classes). the food can be brilliant or average.. like any hall, but you do get used to it! it is honestly just so cool and i love having a king single bed and relaxed rules about visitors. i recommend it for anyone who wants to have fun next year and make the most of being a first year but still get good marks and pass (like i said not dropkicky- there are people like that but i know SO many people that party and get A+’s all the time… coz they study too) don’t recommend it if you’re doing health sci! for that i recommend arana, st margs or carrington- based on the person. tbh it’s all what you make it. i just couldn’t be happier with unicol! i wouldnt actually be anywhere else.
every single one of my best friends are off doing something fun and im just sitting on my bed waiting for work…
homesick. i want to go home. see queenstown. see my family & my cat. hang out with my year group and my best friends. i miss everyone. i still have no idea what degree I’m going to end up with. people keep talking about flatting and it’s scary. i want to drink tonight but i have work. all my best mates at unicol are away doing other stuff. so I’ve been lonely all day. could go workout at the gym but then it’ll be my 6th day in a row this week so my muscles are sore & it’s meant to be my one rest day… no idea what I’m doing with my life or the next 3 and a half hours.
